How do I change the password?

You can change the password by going to My Profile section and clicking on the Change Password option. This will take you to a page where you need to insert your username and then tap on verify. You will get an OTP on your registered mobile, post which you will be able to change your password.
In case you are not logged in, you can change the password by clicking on the Forgot Password option on the login page. The above mentioned process will have to be repeated here as well.

How do I renew the epaper subscription?

After login, you can tap on the three dot icon at the top right of the page and click on Other Packages to select a pack and then proceed to payment. You can also go to My Profile/Subscription History page and click on the renew button followed by the payment process.

Is it mandatory to subscribe to read the epaper?

Yes, it is mandatory to register and subscribe to a package to have full access to the epaper. You can read the first 3 pages of the epaper for free without subscribing.

Can I change my subscription plan before the end of my current plan?

No, currently it is not possible to change your subscription plan before the end of your current plan

No, it is not possible to cancel subscription midway.

What payment modes are accepted for the subscription packages?

We accept all major Master/Visa credit and debit cards. In addition you can also use Netbanking to make the payment. We also support a couple of wallets and UPI payment options.

How long will it take to activate the subscription post payment?

As soon as we receive the payment your subscription will be active. A confirmation email will be sent to you from us and the payment gateway. In case you are still not able to access the epaper, you can contact our customer care at support@mid-day.com

What should I do in case my payment fails?

In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking). Your Internet connection is not disrupted while making the payment. If the money from your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reversed back into your account within 7 working days.

How will I get verification messages for mobile verification and password reset?

How do I change my mobile number/email ID?

After logging in, you can visit My Profile page and change your email ID or mobile number. In order to change your mobile number you will have to carry out the mobile number verification again.

The duration of our plans is as follows:
- 3 month plan (only GMD) - 90 days subscription.
- Annual plan (MD and GMD) - 360 days subscription.
- 2 Years plan (MD and GMD) - 720 days subscription.
